Multiple Teams · Summer Sessions!


Summer Sessions will be starting up soon.

What will they look like… Well actually, at this point we don’t know what they will look like.

The most important things are:

  1. Stay Healthy- Social Distance, Wash your Hands, and wear a mask in Public. (Don’t think it matters? Do it anyway, it can only help.)
  2. Do what you can to get in volleyball shape.
    • Cardio – Run, Bike, Hike, Push yourself, Breath hard, Repeat, it will get easier.
