Summer Sessions will be starting up soon.
What will they look like… Well actually, at this point we don’t know what they will look like.
The most important things are:
- Stay Healthy- Social Distance, Wash your Hands, and wear a mask in Public. (Don’t think it matters? Do it anyway, it can only help.)
- Do what you can to get in volleyball shape.
- Cardio – Run, Bike, Hike, Push yourself, Breath hard, Repeat, it will get easier.
