Below are weekly workout links to fill out.

Enter your shot attempts and workout hours each weak.

Rewards will be given to the players who accumulate the most shot attempts and hours working out.

Weekly Shot Attempts

  • At least 500 shot attempts/week
  • Game shots
    • Catch and shoot, one dribble pull up
  • Nothing casual/should be exhausted

Weekly Free Throw Attempts

  • Pick a routine that works and stick with it.

Weekly Hours Working Out

  • Should be exhausted after workout.
  • Build endurance, speed, quickness, and strength.
